CargoShot is the premiere application that allows you to prove the condition of your freight at shipping, receiving, and delivery. CargoShot provides a mobile application to document the condition of an asset as it moves through the supply chain. Cargoshot also provides a management dashboard that provides easy access to all stored data that can then be used to easily identify where and when the asset has been mishandled, and help identify and hold accountable the responsible party.

CargoShot is designed from the ground up by experienced logistics operators, not technology people, to provide an easy-to-use solution to document “proof of condition” as an asset moves through the supply chain. Logistics workers can access the CargoShot mobile application from any Internet-equipped mobile device. Workers capture order specific data along with photographs of pallets, cases, packaging, and trailer information to document visual proof of condition at shipment, delivery or receipt. Having a standardized process, consistent data points and one-time data entry at the point of receipt, delivery or shipping helps reduce errors and ensures compliance. Works with any current web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and on current versions of Apple, Android and Windows devices. Designed to help you fight fines, penalties and chargebacks with visual proof and back up corresponding data such as BOL#, Order #, Carrier, Trailer #, etc. No additional user fees!

CargoShot is a cloud-based, software as a service (SaaS) application. Our system is hosted entirely in the cloud using one of the industries premier cloud hosting providers, with ready access to highly scalable infrastructure and IT resources.

CargoShot is provided as a monthly subscription service. Pricing is base upon the amount of storge utilized to store photos of freight. The monthly subscription allows unlimited users on a per location basis, for a specified amount of storage. There is a one time setup fee per location. Please submit the Request a Quote form on our website for a price quote.

CargoShot accepts all major credit cards via our secure online portal. Other payment options may be available upon request.
